Traditional 20+ oz bottled Japanese beer available for takeout. For restaurant dining, draft beers available in 14 oz mugs, 1.5 liter pitchers or 3 liter bombers. Two rotating casks also available. Ask for server for current selections.

Japanse sakés, Korean sojus and high alcohol kombucha. “SMV,” or Saké Meter Value, is used to express the taste of sakés, i.e. ±0 is neutral; -15 is sweeter, and +15 is drier.
“Acidity” adds different nuances to saké, i.e ≤1.0 is a light, fresh flavor while ≥2.0 is a full-bodied, rich flavor.

Order chopsticks, soy sauce, and special homemade sauces here. We comply with Assembly Bill No. 1276: Only single-use foodware accessories and standard condiments ordered by customers will be included in takeout orders. Due to a worldwide shortage, sides of SRIRACHA and SAMBAL sauces are not available.
