Vegans Rejoice! Two New Plant-Based Dishes Have Joined the Menu

We hear you. You love your friends. You love going out. You just don't love watching everyone at the table load -up on spicy tuna rolls while you quietly side-eye the cucumber roll for the fourth time this month.
Good news: Chef Alex has been busy. Sushi Fresh Ventura is excited to announce two brand-new vegan dishes, now available for ordering online or in-house.
Irish Roll — $13.99 Gobo, yellow daikon, red onion, and tomato wrapped in soy paper, topped with avocado, creamy sesame dressing, chili oil, shichimi, and crispy onion flakes. It's bold, it's layered, and it's 100% plant-based. This one holds its own at the table -- no apologies, no compromises.
Guaco Tacos — $8.99 Mixed avocado, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro wrapped in a fried wonton skin. Garnished with micro cilantro. Three (3) tacos.
Both dishes are now posted in the Vegetarian section of our online menu, so come enjoy them while they last. Whether you're vegan, plant-based, vegetarian, or just looking for something different to round out your order, these two additions are proof that the sushi bar has something for everyone at the table!
