It's been a couple of weeks since we reopened the Sushi Fresh Ventura restaurant to dine-in customers. If you haven't been in yet, you'll probably notice a few changes we implemented to comply with COVID-19 social distancing rules:
Face Masks
All staff members are wearing face masks. We encourage customers to also wear face masks when not seated at their booth.
Restaurant Capacity
In order to comply with required social distancing guidelines, the sushi bar and floor tables are closed to customer seating. This has reduced our restaurant capacity by about 40%.
Booth Modifications
In order to allow seating at all booths, we installed 6-foot-tall dividers between each booth. This allows customers at adjoining booths to maintain social distancing protocols. So far, customer feedback on the partitions has been positive.
Takeout & Delivery Credit Card Ordering
In case you missed the last blog post, you can now pay by credit card for contactless takeout when you use our online ordering system.
So that's it! We are thrilled to be open for business again. Our hours are back to normal — 11:30 am to 10:00 pm daily. Last call for dine-in customers is 9:30 pm. Takeout and delivery orders are accepted until 9:45 pm each evening. We hope to see you soon (or again!) at Sushi Fresh Ventura.
